I sent the chair back expecting the refund to be handled quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than I was originally told. This is where it got annoying: I had to email them a few times just to get any kind of update. They did eventually refund me, so it worked out in the end, but the whole process felt slow and kind of messy...

The chair showed up quickly and feels comfortable, so what’s not to like? I don’t really have any complaints so far—overall, it’s been a good experience.

I ordered an office chair from here, and overall it was a good experience. The delivery took a bit longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating at the time, but I still remember sitting in it for the first time after setting it up and feeling relieved that it was actually comfortable. The chair arrived in good shape, the price felt fair, and it’s been nice enough for my workdays. I’d probably order from them again if I ever need another one.
